By placing an order with DuoPad you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental permission to purchase from us) and accept the terms and conditions that will apply to all orders made at DuoPad for the sale and delivery of products. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights. No other conditions or changes to rules and conditions shall be binding without written signed notice by us.

Any personal information you provide or that we receive, will be handled by DuoPad, which is responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure correct delivery, for credit assessment, for providing special offers and information about our product range. The information you provide is only available to DuoPad and PayPal and will not be shared with third parties. You have the right to check the information held about you. You have the right at any time to request DuoPad to delete or rectify the data held about you. By accepting DuoPad’s terms and conditions, you agree to the above. Events outside of DuoPad’s control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be considered force majeure, which means that DuoPad is released from its obligation to fulfil contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire, flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or missing deliveries from subcontractors. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, such as restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

All goods remain DuoPad’s property until full payment has been received. The price applicable is set at the time you place your order. Shipping and payment fees are agreed before the purchase is confirmed. Customers below the age of 18 must have parental permission to buy from DuoPad. All transfers made through DuoPad are managed by a third party’s (PayPal) dedicated portals to ensure your safety. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled using SSL encryption. Note that local fees (VAT, customs) may occur, depending on the region and local customs fees. These costs are at the customer’s own risk and expense.


DuoPad reserves the right to change any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offers without prior notice. If a product is sold out, DuoPad has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. DuoPad will also inform the customer about possible equivalent replacement products, if available.
